Chen (Elsie) Luo, MS '09

Elsie is responsible for ongoing documentation, reconciliation, and reporting activities related to the selection and oversight of external investment managers. Elsie joined WUIMC in 2015 from the Treasury Services department of Washington University where she served as a Financial Analyst. Elsie earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a major in financial engineering from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and a master’s degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
